How To Change A Pan/Tilt Camera’s Position Presets

Pan/Tilt cameras have the capability to store a range of preset positions, including the "Home" pan/tilt preset, which is the camera's position it will revert to after 10 minutes of inactivity.

Please note that updating these presets can only be done through the desktop website. The mobile app is only capable of adjusting the camera's current position.

To change position presets for pan/tilt cameras through the website:

1. Log into the website.
2. Navigate to the Video section.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Use the Video Device drop-down menu to select the pan/tilt camera to be edited.
5. Access the Pan/Tilt Presets.
6. Click on the pencil icon to edit an existing preset, or click the "+ Create New" button to create a new preset.
7. Use the arrow buttons on the Live View image to adjust the camera's position.
8. Enter a desired preset name in the "Preset Name" field.
9. Click the "Save" button to confirm changes.

To control a pan/tilt camera’s current position to a preset using the app:

1. Log into the app.
2. Tap Menu.
3. Tap Video.
4. Tap to select the pan/tilt camera to change the current position.
5. Tap Pan tilt video icon .
6. Tap the preset you would like the camera to move to.
