Should I upgrade my internet package?

If a connection check reveals strong Wi-Fi signal strength but low upload speed, upgrading your internet package might be a solution. 

Contact your internet service provider (ISP) to confirm that your package includes sufficient upload speed, taking into account that Wi-Fi can affect the degradation of upload speed. A faster phone may show a higher speed test result compared to the camera due to the phone's Wi-Fi chip having more capacity for handling multiple internet activities. 

The camera's Wi-Fi chip, on the other hand, is specifically designed for streaming and only requires up to 2 mbps for 1080p. If the ISP provides enough upload speed but the issue persists, it could be due to an outdated router that needs to be upgraded. Learn more about upgrading your router.
